Entrepreneurship Development

Entrepreneurship Development is a major domain where SkillFactory is prominently present. Our upskilling programs are also aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and helping the trainees to set up their own business units. Programmes conducted for agencies like Kudumbashree also promote entrepreneurship. After the training programmes, SkillFactory gives the trainees technical support and guides them to form their own firms in groups. We also hand hold them and give guidance for a specified period until the units become sustainable.
