Established in the year 2015, SkillFactory Training & Consultancy Private Limited is a social enterprise marking its presence in the skill ecosystem of the nation. We impact positively by working on human capital through upskilling and livelihood programs. Our activities emphasize in the areas of Skill Training, Employability, Entrepreneurship Development and Business Management Consulting for MSMEs. Upskilling and ensuring livelihood to unemployed youth and women through various government projects and other initiatives is our major activity. We uphold the Gandhian principle of Grama-Swaraj and work towards attaining self-sufficient and economically self-sustainable villages by establishing Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises and self employed & upskilled human workforce.
SkillFactory is an empanelled agency of the Kerala State Government’s poverty eradication mission program, Kudumbashree, to conduct various Skill Training Programs aimed at employment and entrepreneurship. Apprenticeships, Internships and On-the-job training are another area where we thrive and are associated with the Vocational Higher Secondary Education Department of Kerala Government. We provide the curriculum mandatory On-the-job training to students of different Vocational Higher Schools across the State of Kerala.
